What is Kinesiology and why is it important to everyone?

Kinesiology taps into the body’s innate wisdom using a muscle feedback system that gives us information from the body-mind connection via our subconscious brain.

Essentially, Kinesiology uses non-invasive muscle testing to identify energy blockages and imbalances in the body.  This is used to establish the body’s priority healing needs and to evaluate energy changes and previously unconscious thought patterns.

It really gives us an opportunity to listen to our true essence and learn our unique emotional, mental, spiritual and physical needs and create awareness in these areas.

There are many ways to use Kinesiology, and many areas it can be used and incorporated into a coaching session.

As a Health Coach I am a supportive mentor and wellness authority helping you feel your best through food & lifestyle changes by tailoring an individualised wellness program to satisfy all your requirements.

Health to me encompasses all aspects of our selves; physical, mental, emotional and spiritual. So, depending on your needs, we would look at these areas and discover new and better ways of living. Together we develop a plan to achieve your goals in whatever areas you desire. I support and encourage you and keep you accountable during your transformative journey.

Can One Conversation Change Your Life?

Initially you complete a questionnaire that we discuss in the first session, with consecutive sessions developing strategies to attain your goals, covering any areas of concern, questions, ongoing support and guidance, printed material and additional information.

Home office – $125

If you don’t want to be hemmed in and want the freedom to come & go, then this is the option for you. Single session would include 60-minute zoom call, additional resources discussed during the call such as recipes’, ‘how to guides’ if necessary and support for the week following the session to help implement and establish a new routine and principals of your choosing.

It is tailored exactly to you, for you, so no two programs will be the same. Additional support may include ‘how to guides’ such as meditation techniques, exercise ideas, meal plans etcetera. I hold you accountable, check in on you & offer support via email when needed. It is my firm belief that you will gain many bonus’ that far out way your initial Coaching desired outcomes.
