What is kinesiology and why is it so important?

Kinesiology taps into the body’s innate wisdom using a muscle feedback system that gives us information from the body-mind connection via our subconscious brain. Essentially, Kinesiology uses non-invasive muscle testing to identify energy blockages and imbalances in the body.  This is used to establish the body’s priority healing needs and to evaluate energy changes and previously unconscious thought patterns. It really gives us an opportunity to listen to our true essence and learn our unique emotional, mental, spiritual and physical needs and create awareness in these areas. There are many ways to use Kinesiology, and many areas it can be used and incorporated into a coaching session.

Initially you complete a questionnaire that we discuss in the first session, with consecutive sessions developing strategies to attain your goals, covering any areas of concern, questions, ongoing support and guidance, printed material and additional information. Book Online for a session with me by Skype. Each session is 50-60 minutes and ideally you have at least 6 sessions to fully optimise the benefits.
